YEARS LOST no bats after many ads and gemini and uphold and now brave to solana and 0 again no account help

ive looked through this forum and everywhere i can to find help.
i found and looked where it says transfer status…
ticket submission?.. is that not this?
it really sucks that people are complaining about missing one month… i am missing 5 years.

just trashed brave and dl-ed current today. it did still open showing my same info.
(OH and this will surely have to be a separate ticket, but when i look in application support folder for brave i see >100GB of i don’t know what they are kinda files. am i infected? it’s crazy)

well… i had gemini. i actually had one deposit in 2021!!! then nothing. things change, fine. but i have been a supporter and user for soooo many years and even paid you for premium and used your vpn and recommended brave to so many people, and i have never received or kept more than 0 bat thought i have accumulated hundreddddss. i have different emails and pws to try… i accept that over the years i have had new os installs, and new devices, and it will never be all of it but… at least hello 4 days??? 1 month? 6 months?.. so just before 10 minutes ago it said i had 46 ads this month, and it is only the 4th. yet 0 bats. logs show i connected uphold a while ago and saw it was doing something like taking 142 BAT and … acsomething… did it auto contribute?? i am confused. i checked and do not have auto contribute on. it was not even an option. then all the log entries eventually lead to uphold disconnected, yet it still shows taking more bat from me to ac… maybe ac means soomething diff… i will say that what? 5 years ago i made a creator’s account, though i did not know you can not get bats from seeing ads. and i never added a single link that would count. as a designer i had hopes and plans but cancer ruined that… but i still dont get it. i still think i accumulated so many bats over the years… and, ok i do know they were just virtual at one point and were wiped out but i think it just failed from the beginning and never worked right… so… yesterday i found a 12 word key and put it into my ipad and it worked!!! not on iphone. and not on computer. this is all so confusing, and i am smart. …so finally today i just clicked through to easily, yay finally, i thought, set up a brave wallet and it seemed to work… until i restarted brave and it locked me out and i put in my passwork and still wanted me to make a wallet so somehow i linked it to solana… it should not have worked if i did not already have an account, though, right? or did it work as if i had the invite since i am a longtime user?? well then, now, it says ads viewed 1. not 46. and it shows only solana page but says no account or something. so i am fzcked again and again and i do love you but it is really not fair to have been such a long time user and never received more than $.03 in 2021, which i am guessing is from your free signup and connect offer, right? i am a major geek and use my iphone and ipad (and i know these dont get rewards, but dont the ads count if you sync? which i have in the past and could again but then did not because with my bats at 0 when i am on brave 13 hours a day, mostly on my computer, for at least a year, ill just say, to keep it simple, … it is not fair and at least earlier today it looked like, though 0 bat, i had 46 ads. connected to brave wallet, and same. but then somehow connected to a bunk solana account and everything reset. …this is what happened when i connected to gemini. which account is still active. this is what happened when i connected to uphold. though i think i had like 142 bat that it ate… i dont know if the history will show any of this anymore… i have spent all day, countless hours scouring through this forum to find answers on my own, but it is time i write you myself. sorry this is so long. i am upset and neurodivergent. i also have metamask and coinbase!!!

and i’ve seen you ask about vpn. sometimes i do use proton vpn. set local.

and… what else…i dunno.

please help.

But I have so many questions and scenarios going on that I thought maybe I’d get some help with what I’m encountering

Can’t access iOS wallet though it says was initiated in 2022! Though something else mighta happened last month?

I know those only contribute but I thought it could sync w something else and be useful…?

I amazingly found a passphrase and it worked to get into iPad wallet, but I don’t know what to do now

Am I creator/publisher? (Yes) (but I’d rather get rewards so what do I do?) it looks like I had a lot accumulated… I can’t tell… Do they only get rewards from direct donations to their content, or is anything distributed to the group? I had several sites and sources on there but now looks like there’s nothing…

I am aware that I might just be fzckd and my 5+ years of brave use might not be counted for anything, and I have to just restart over with everything, but even that I am now confused about doing…

I have the logs… bat always says 0 though …

iOS is ineligible to earn Rewards directly. This has been the case since 2021.

A verified and connected account is required to earn with Brave Rewards. If your account has not been fully connected you would not be eligible for Rewards. A connected account has been required since 2023.

I’m talking about brave on my MacBook Pro

I just scoured through emails and did find a Coinbase deposit of 7.5 bat a whiiiiile back so this must have been connected

I’m wondering if my account was flagged a long time ago or if I’m part of the bug from forever ago/still

Regardless I’m having much confusion and trouble setting wallet up now as I see ads and there are no bats

I think, though I’ve never kept or put it on auto contribute, it may be or has taken all my rewards

I started making a ticket

There’s just a lot of factors going on

I don’t know where to go from here

But not being flagged if I am is a start thanks

If connected, the balance shown is your previous deposited BAT. It is not related to your current earnings. You will only see your ad count and previous deposited balance. The estimated earnings is no longer available.

If connected recently in March, you will see a potential payment in early April. Currently, the pending payment is for connected Rewards accounts from ads viewed in February.
