Thanks for writing in! I believe what you’re experiencing is a recently reported issue that can be tracked here - https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/5643.
It could also be worth turning off Hardware Acceleration to see if that does anything - Settings --> Additional Settings --> System --> Hardware Acceleration.
