Wrong token price

Description of the issue:
Wallet shows wrong token price. INFINITY token that I have in my account is different than the one that is priced.

Token in my wallet:

infinityprotocol.io (INFINITY) Token Tracker | BscScan

The priced one:

Infinity Token (INFINITY) Token Tracker | BscScan

It says my tokens are worth $12k+ but in fact it’s unfortunately worth nothing…

Are you using the (new) Brave Wallet or the (old) Crypto wallets implementation?
I think it’s a new one but I’m not sure what’s the question.

How can this issue be reproduced?
You need to have some infinityprotocol token in your wallet and you’ll see the wrong price chart

When adding a Custom Asset to the Wallet you can click on the Advanced section and add a Coingecko ID which will give you more accurate price information.

Best way to find the Coingecko ID is to search for the token on coingecko.com and then it will be at the end of the url path.

Example:

• url: https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/basic-attention-token
• id: basic-attention-token

OK, that’s a local fix, workaround. Thanks for the reply.
Would be nice to have it fixed and imported properly by default tho
