Would like to get a refund for investments in BAT

Who I need to contact to get a refund for investments? Profile flagged second time. Brave feels like scam. Nothing works on their end. Missing rewards for 4 month in a row


Brave flagged my profile as well. It has been more than 3 mouths without rewards. Brave feels like a scammers for now. None of problems have been fixed for half year.

@DiewasSs if you haven’t done so already, you will need to submit a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 so Brave can look into it as an appeal.

If you’ve been flagged, you wouldn’t be earning. I see that on Still have not received BAT from may @Evan123 said he was sending you a DM. What did you ever find out from your conversation with him?

Got refund for one mouth. Came back from holidays and got first flagged. Submitting ticket takes too long time, although I did it . Regarding refund should I contact bank and do the claim or through Brave support. Brave supporter J is still bad. Can you fire supporter J

My account was flagged and I opened a ticket. Here was the response from J:
After careful consideration, we have determined that your Rewards profiles will remain flagged at this time. Your account will be automatically re-evaluated next month. There is no need to fill out an additional ticket.
I replied and asked what I did wrong, but did not get a response. I’ve been flagged for months now and I don’t see how a re-evaluation will change anything since I have not changed anything. I have no clue what I did wrong. The lack of information on why I was flagged is very frustrating.
