Would it be possible to implement Locking Top Sites feature?

**Description of the issue: **
When I click fast on one of the Top Sites sometimes it doesn’t recognise the click instead it recognises if I want to move it to somewhere.

**How can this issue be reproduced? **

  1. Just click fast on the Top Sites.

**Expected result: **
Sites doesn’t open.
