wordpress editor freezes during web page editing causing the loss of all changes. after that i tried wordpress page editing in chrome: no issues!
seems that this is a known and not solved problem!
brave has nice features, a better security, better data flow control, but that is a big issue. would be great if that could be solved in the near future.
Version: Brave 1.79.123 (Offizieller Build) (64-Bit)

Try disabling Brave’s Shields or switching to a private window, as browser privacy settings may block WordPress editor scripts.
another link with a kind of solution. opening the wordpress page in private windows. may it has to do with plugins, but nevertheless that should solved and documented.
If the WordPress editor isn’t working in Brave, try disabling Shields or browser extensions, as they may block scripts. Also, clear cache or switch to “Standard” mode to restore editor functionality.
