I see that there is (so far) no way to create individual posts/comments donation buttons on WordPress, but as they exist on at least two domains (Reddit and Twitter), I would like to know if this is a deliberate restriction by Brave or is it possible and just not done yet.
It would be perfect for multi-author / content sites, just like on Reddit.
