Issue 1:

On mobile and desktop, a fullscreen cookie/privacy notice is displayed, even though “Easylist Cookie” and “Fanboy Annoyances” lists are enabled.

Issue 2:

On mobile, a app ad is displayed, even though “Fanboy Mobile Notifications” list is enabled.

Issue 3:
On mobile, a fullscreen interstitial ad placement holder is displayed, even though “Fanboy Annoyances” and “uBlock Annoyances” lists are enabled.
