Won't run when installed to MicroSD card

Description of the issue:
Won’t run when installed to MicroSD card
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

  1. Go into phone settings > apps> (Brave)> Storage > Move to SD card (settings based off of my Galaxy S7 (8.0, no root, stock ROM))
  2. When launching, it’ll say there’s been an error launching the app.
  3. I’ve had to move it back to phone storage to use it again.

Expected result:
App should run off the MicroSD card
Reproduces how often:
Seems to be 100% of the time
Brave Version(See the About Brave page in Settings):
1.0.92

Android/iOS Version

Additional Information:
No Root, Stock ROM.
