Windows H2 and mouse functions

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. since updating to Windows H2, the mouse does not function correctly.
    2.I cannot do a scroll copy
    3.Takes multiple presses of open the bookmark tab

Expected result: Would like the mouse to work again

Brave Version( check About Brave): V1.30.87
