I’m not sure whether this is a system issue or a Brave issue, I post here since I only have it with Brave, with the one installed using curl -fsS https://dl.brave.com/install.sh | sh
as recommended on https://brave.com/linux/, but also with the Flatpack available from the system’s app manager.
The issue is, when I maximize brave browser, sometimes its window doesn’t fully reach the top, but the “hitbox” of the window’s content behaves as if it was actually maximized. I.E. to close the window, i have to hit the top right corner of my screen even though the button is beneath it. To select a portion of text of a web page, i have to aim higher than where it shows. Also sometimes when I un-maximize the window, the display-vs-hitbox issue persists and it cuts off the top of the window until I resize it manually.
