Description of the issue:
I had issues reclaiming BAT through Brave Rewards. The bot detection challenge would not work with dragging the BAT icon to the requested shape no matter how many times I tried. I am not a bot, I swear! 
On a hunch, I reduced the display scaling on my TV to 100% (which was difficult with a 4K TV) and tried again. This time, it worked as expected. It appears that Brave Rewards is not detecting display scaling and not compensating for it on Windows.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
- Set display scaling in Windows above 100% (I was at 250%)
- Attempt to reclaim BAT through Brave Rewards with the bot challenge
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
Dragging and dropping the BAT symbol to the correct shape always causes a failure and it requests the user to try again.
Expected result:
Dragging and dropping the BAT symbol should work and give access to your precious BAT.
