Windows 7 Pro: Sync not working with 1.26.74?

Description of the issue:
Latest Brave Version’s Sync doesn’t work on Windows 7 64-bit. Is still part of Sync Chain, but will not synchronize updated passwords to sync chain at all. Other devices seem to be still synchronizing correctly. Every time I try to sync, it will always ask me to relaunch, but relaunch does nothing. After attempt one, it will always ask for a relaunch, no matter how futile it is.

Try and Sync on each restart.

Additional Information:

Update 1.27.108 still has not resolved this…
