Description of the issue:
Install Brave from website. Open browser. Screen is black. Cannot uninstall from control panel.

Tried installing three times rebooting machine first:

*Avast Premium Antivirus - tried on and off during installation
WIndscribe VPN - Tried on and off during installation - still a black screen when browser opens.
Reproduces how often:
Every time I try to use browser. Every time I try to uninstall browser I get the "give permission to uninstall dialog box and nothing happens. Task Manager shows no activity. Yet, trying to reinstall message says another brave activity is in progress and everything hangs up.
