Window tabs won't redock on Fedora 38

Description:
If you undock a tab then you cannot re-dock it into the original Brave application window.

What happened
I reorganised the browser tabs on my screen. When I moved the move below the “horizontal line” of where the tabs are displayed, the tab un-docks. From that point you cannot re-dock the tab.

What did I expect to happen
When I positioned the tab over the other tabs the tab should allow me to redock.

Fedora: 38
Gnome: 44.3
Windowing System: X11
Kernel version: Linux 6.3.12-200.fc38.x86_64

Hardware
Graphics: Intel® UHD Graphics (TGL GT1)

I found the issue.
In Brave > Settings > Appearance.
Disable “Use system title and boarders”
Then it works fine.
