Window becomes warped on resizing (MacOS)

Description of the issue:
When attempting to resize the window, the contents of the window become warped, rather than the window resizing.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

  1. Browse the Internet on numerous pages for a while. (The issue doesn’t happen right on startup.)
  2. Attempt to resize the Brave browser window.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
The window’s contents become warped instead of the window resizing.

Expected result:
That the window will resize and the contents of the window will not become warped in the process.

Reproduces how often:
After using the browser for a certain amount of time, this issue will set in and the browser can no longer be resized. Attempting to resize it will just warp the window’s contents. The browser must be restarted in order to fix this issue.

Brave Version(about:brave):
0.63.48 Chromium: 74.0.3729.108 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Reproducible on current live release (yes/no):

Additional Information:
Operating System: MacOS 10.12.6

I have a video of the effect if that is needed. (Let me know if you need me to upload it.)
