Win.MxResIcn.Heur.Gen in the Brave installer

Hi,

I downloaded the brave windows installer file from the Brave website:
BraveBrowserSetup-BRV030.exe
Testing it in Virustotal I received a warning that informs of Win.MxResIcn.Heur.Gen is in the installer.

Does anyone else get this warning?
Is it safe for me to use this installation file or is there another installation file available?

Attached is a screenshot of the warning.

Thanks.

It is normal for large software to have 1 or 2 false positives with some antivirus software. 1 or 2 results for virus total is not at all concerning. It just means part of the compiled source for brave matches the some of the code for a heuristic generator.

In this case, the software needs to detect keystrokes when a person is on a specific website. When compiled at the low level, this code might look like a keylogger to a particularly paranoid antivirus software.
