Win 10 working on Brave - Defender Alerted me to the presence of Trojan:Win32/Bearfoos.A! and recomended to have Defender fix it…
My computer shut down, and when I opened it up Brave had been deleted.
I installed Chrome to use temporarily till I learned more.
I had been working on my blue host website, with 2 other tabs open (bookkfinder.com, ChetGPT)
Blue Host informed my website had no infection. And the shared server had no other complaints… so they say it wasn’t the server.
Win Defender still reports an active infection - but infected parts listed are all brave elements that are no longer on my computer. So it cannot take any action
Any ideas?
