I can`t make a backup to the wallet because I have only 3 BAT and it say that I need to have minimum 25 BAT to create an Uphold account. But I have to reinstall my computer because it has a problem. Will I lose the BAT?
doesn’t this option allow you to backup your wallet with a passphrase?
I don’t know if the option is still available, this screenshot is from a brave installation where I synchronized the browsers before doing the backup

Yes you will lose the BAT as there is no official way to back it up currently. Backing up and restoring the browser’s whole local directory should work though.
