I would like Brave to support Yat Emoji domains. Opera does, but I don’t like Opera as much as Brave. Please consider this.
Bumpity Bumpity Bump
This is the first time I’ve heard of such a thing existing, and I already hate it more than other non-Latin character URLs. This is why we can’t have nice things. What’s next, websites without any human-readable URL that are only accessible via QR-code?
It is supposedly better for advertising to younger generations. Teens are better at remembering emojis that they see everyday. Idk if it works, it is cool though.
Inherently disturbing as it is that zoomers may be more familiar with strings of emojis than strings of letters, my concern is that it will facilitate hijacking traffic through cybersquatting (similarly to how replacing Latin characters with Cyrillic characters of the same appearance, used to be all the rage).
