Hi,
This particular combination of settings–wide address bar and no title bar–leaves very little empty/“draggable” space with which to move the app.
While it’s not necessarily a bug, it is poor usability. Perhaps some empty room should remain on the right, between the address bar and pinned extensions area. Just a thought.
