Why would there be "http" duplicate links of major sites I use listed in the permission and data/sites storage settings?

Description of the issue:
When I click to “View permissions and data stored across sites” in the Site and Shield Settings, there are http links there that have an equal number of cookies in them as their duplicate “https” links/sites that show up in a list here
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. I click Settings>Privacy and security>Site and Shields Settings>View permissions and data stored across sites
  2. From the list that appears I click on one of the major url name/sites I use, to see how that site’s cookies are broken down
  3. There are “http” duplicates of some url names in the subsequent list, with the same KB and amount of cookies and link url name, just as “http” instead of a regular and secure link.

Expected result:
After deleting all browsing data recently, the major/popular sites I use that are listed should only have “https” as the prefix, and not “http”, because I would never click on or stay on a site if I knew it wasn’t a secure “https” prefix. That makes me worried about a lot of personal information at risk that could be getting copied onto “http” sites that may not even be associated with the sites I use.

Brave Version:
Version 1.76.74 Chromium: 134.0.6998.89 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Additional Information:
For example, when I click “View permissions and data stored across sites”, I see that there is a “discord[.]com”, and when I click on it and see how all the discord cookies are broken down there are two "discord[.]com"s with the exact same 4 cookies each, but one is for a link starting with “http”. Should I even be worried about whether or not I’ve been hacked? I’ve set all permissions and things to strict and am not sure what further precautions I could take, aside from enabling stronger security measures on the sites I go to most. I’ve also tried to remove all data and permissions I can regarding the suspect “http” duplicate links that appear in that list, but is that even a good idea to? It hasn’t interfered with my ability to use my sites. Brave is the only browser I have been using for certain links. After deleting data the same thing happened, they reappeared in that list when I used my regular sites. I appreciate any of your time in helping, I really did not know where else to be asking this.
