Why TIP button fluctuates on Twitter?

This is the exact problem I am having. I tried the clear cache thing and it didn’t work. Its really annoying and a problem.
Yes same for me, it’s really boring.
Anyway to fix it or deactivate tips?
same for me. no resolution/responses yet, sad
Even if you turn tipping off this does not stop. You can refresh until you click into a new post. This is extremely annoying.
