Why technical support is silent and my question is not resolved?

To begin with, I would like to apologize for my English, since I use a translator. and I only work with a Russian-speaking audience.

The problem is that I have been with you for almost a year now, since December 2018, I have been promoting the browser on the Russian-speaking Internet and have achieved considerable results. but for some reason, problems with blocking and suspicion began in March, when my account was blocked for the first time - they resolved the issue quickly, I provided the sources of my traffic, also showed how I create content to attract new users to the browser. The conclusion was opened to me and they gave me to withdraw honestly earned money. I started working further, doing content about the browser and attracting a new audience, but there’s already no particular motivation to do this business, because again, without explaining the reasons, my account was blocked before withdrawing funds.

Almost two weeks have already passed, but there is no answer, although I wrote immediately on the same day to the technical support mail asking me to explain the reason for the block and I personally am ready to provide all the evidence that I honestly promote the browser using content. but for 2 weeks no one has answered me, wrote more than 3 letters, as I thought maybe the letters do not reach.

Then I realized that my letters are ignored - I wrote to the user in a telegram (Criscat), he also doesn’t even read messages. Although I am ready to provide any data to prove my case, but on your part it is not nice and honest to ignore your partners who have been working with you for almost a whole year. I’m still waiting for my money to be withdrawn, because for the money I spent a whole month doing nothing more, and now when this money is needed, it just starts blocking and ignoring.

Will someone write to me and explain? I, in turn, am ready to provide traffic sources, I will show where I did the ads and what articles I wrote about the browser.

the fact is that as early as two weeks ago I wrote to the mail (suspensions@brave.com), but there is no answer. What should I do if my letters are completely ignored? I’m ready to show all my traffic, advertising, content about the browser, I’m sure that I have white traffic and therefore I’m ready to cooperate.

What part of “please be patient and keep waiting” did you not understand? This has been fully explained to you politely by multiple people and yet you continue to ask the same question. You claim your message was never read, well did YOU read the replies from the staff? Because if you did, you would understand what’s going on. You asked nicely the first time, but that doesn’t mean you can keep pestering people when you don’t get what you want. Let’s all keep it chill, alright? :slight_smile:
