Why publisher reward not paid yet

Hello admins or moderators. I am new to the referral program and its already closing I have referred a 1000+ users and some of them reached the confirmed status and I got my BATs. But I wanna know why I dont receive my payout yet it says that the next deposit date is December 8th but where is my payment.

I wanna know why. And when I will receive my BATs.
