i publish my link in some telegram groups and some people downloaded and 11 installed and used for more than 30 days. but you deposited only 63 BATs for me. it seems there is a mistake in depositing. because you must deposit about 160bats. any admin here to check why did not pay my confirmed downloads? please check attached image

there is an option “download statement” on publisher panel. pls check that.
also brave reward per refferal is 5$
you got 14 confirm. = 70$ = 243 Bats.
you already got 63 = pending is 180 Bats.

I have the same problem, I have a date to receive but I do not receive any bat, I have to do something else, I really do not understand
it is for 2 months ago, if they have delay, they must shown my delayed downloads on payouts, but they did not. @Asad please check this problem.

I have 5 Brave Browser Downloads and only 1 Confirmed Install, why is that? I know that their using it because I notified them that if they use the browser they’ll get paid if they choose to use it, but in my referral tab that’s all that it indicates but also no BAT for such, why is that? Can you also explain the difference between the Downloads, Installs and Confirmed, don’t understand how that’s calculated?

@steeven i studied that link, my uphold is verified for more than 3 or 4 months. it is ok.
also my downloads were confrimed befor the “freeze period”. i think that was occured for periviouse month’s bug. please check my account. do you need my email for checking or you can access my gmail?
