It’s one pixel thick. It’s in fact very dark grey but looks black due to contrasting with everything around it. It’s only there when the window has focus.
It just looks terrible and broken. It’s completely out of place since the sides and bottom have only pale grey border as you would expect. I don’t have any other Windows app which looks like this!
