Why is Evernote's 'Web Clipper' not available in Incognito tabs?

When I’m in an Incognito tab, Evernote’s ‘Web Clipper’ icon doesn’t appear.

I assume that means that for some reason it’s not available in Incognito tabs, at least not by default.

Is there a way to enable it there?

Extensions are disabled in private tabs by default to protect your privacy.
However, you can allow an extension to run in private tabs by going to chrome://extensions/. There, look for your extension and click on “Details”. You should be able to find an option called “Allow in private”. Just enable that and it should work.

Does this work for you?
