I live in Turkey and until now I was able to get tokens by donation on my website with Brave Creators, but when I checked today, I saw that the wallet could not be connected and my country was not supported. Why did you do such a thing? Do you think this is fair?

It has gotta do something with regional rules & regulations, frauds and scams regarding Brave rewards and other regions.
But I was using long time without problem, my wallet is verified long time ago. So it’s not recently verified. How can I get my balance from Brave Creator account?
Nothing can be done till Brave restores support for your region.
This is ridiculous, there’s no incentive to keep using brave if there are no rewards, the browser keeps getting slower with time and now this?

If you want to backup Rewards, Backup the whole Brave folder in windows.
Brave reward is the most broken and nonsensical feature ever added to a browser. You spend month gaining tokens and than you can’t backup them. Than brave starts to crash and you have to loose all tokens.

Atleast you get something, unlike Chrome and other browsers, where basically you paid them by viewing ads and making them money.

Brave does not pay us from his pocket, they are just a platform for advertisers and nothing more. The advertiser sent them real money, and all we have in the browser is some kind of money that has no value whatsoever.
In this case, all the money earned is with Barve, not us.

I too am from Turkey and was able to withdraw my winnings from brave until it became unsupported. Apparently their plan is to bring back most of the countries by the end of the year. If Turkey isn’t in the supported regions list by then, i don’t think they will add us again.

Guys, I can understand that this is too annoying, but trust me they are working to get regions back again. In the last 2 to 3 months itself they bought 11 regions back. Yes, they had said that Brazil, India and a handful of other regions will be supported ‘soon’. Apparently, ‘soon’ has passed too long ago. Also since we have little to no info about stuff, it makes us even more disappointed.
My suggestion would be to wait patiently and hoping your region is supported soon. As always there’s no timeline.

Yes, I know how they are able to give rewards. But for creators ‘Signed up for referral program’ they use money from their pocket. Also, consider this.
This new rewards system is like really new. Probably never tried before. I know there’s a lot to do to make things better, trust me they are working. It’s just that they don’t leak out info in between the process. They inform if a region is unsupported and inform only when it is restored. They don’t give much info about how much they’ve progressed in between. That’s a bit disappointing.
