Why distribution process is not in progress for rewards of august

@erfre16 There is information they need that shouldn’t be put publicly. The link SaltyBanana provided is to create a support ticket that will go directly to Brave and it asks for that information they need, such as your Wallet Payment ID and email.

It is the most direct and efficient way of doing things, as it will be there in the order submitted and whoever first becomes available to you will be able to help. SaltyBanana could have asked you to DM them your information, but they are busy doing a lot of other things. If they asked you to reach out to them directly, it might have taken longer to respond than if you just did the ticket.

So in that regard, clicking the link and completing the ticket is the most efficient way to do things. Then they will reach out to you when able and investigate.
