I had my auto contribute turned off and it still tool my BAT! Whats the point of all of this if I can’t keep my BAT? I’ve been doing this for 2 months now and I have been unable to keep my own BAT. I have nothing to show for this. I think this is a s@#% No one has addressed my concerns. There is no direct communication with customer service. I’m about to be done with this whole thing!
