Why did my vertical scroll bar disappear awhile ago in Win 10 updated Brave browser

At least a month ago maybe more, my vertical scroll bar disappeared on up to date Brave brower, Win 10.
This issue can be reproduced by opening the browser.

Expected result: Vertical scroll bar should be visible and useable.

Brave Version( check About Brave): Brave is up to date


Version 1.78.102 Chromium: 136.0.7103.113 (Official Build) (64-bit)

The bar is there when I go into settings, but cannot find a setting for vertical scroll bar so no.
