I need to add a debit card to payment methods. All it shows me is existing payment methods. There’s no “add” button.
How can this issue be reproduced?

Where are you looking? And why don’t you share a screenshot, just make sure that you crop or censor out any personal information. As you can see in the screenshot above, there is an add button. Just trying to confirm what’s going on.
The other thing I want to mention is you omitted which version of Brave were using. You only shared which operating system you were on. It might be helpful if you can share which version of Brave you’re using
