Why Brave is sending five time the data versus data received?

Description of the issue:
Window Ethernet Status shows that Data Sent is more than four times the data received. Only occurs when Brave is running.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
Turn off everything else, run Brave load Gmail. Currently, all Brave features such as Sync are turned off too.

Expected result:
That data received far outstrips data sent.

Reproduces how often:
Repeatable consistently.

This issue is especially important regarding network security and connection bandwidth limits.
