Hello everyone and happy vacations. I understand that Brave backup has to be done manually by copying the local “User Data” folder and for me it’s ok. However, since I have a bakcup/synchronization program to do this, I’m wondering if there are any folders or paths that I can exclude from backup to not carry around unnecessary stuff and keep it as light as possible with only the really essential things to get everything back exactly as it is if needed.
Can a list of excludable paths be defined?
I think I have identified these:
\Default\Cache\Cache_Data
\Default\Code Cache
\Default\Service Worker\CacheStorage
\Default\Service Worker\ScriptCache
\GrShaderCache\
Are there any others?
I’m on Windows 11 and i’m using Brave Browser desktop version 1.46.144
