Where is translate button (and sometimes speed read button) gone?

Description of the issue:
On iOS browser (auto) translate button in address bar is gone after last 2 or 3 updates

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. My language is German. Open an english website.
  2. Before updates there was a button/option left of the address bar to translate website
  3. It is not there anymore

Expected result:
a button/option left of the address bar to translate website again

Mobile Device details
iPhone 11 pro iOS 18.5

Additional Information:
Sometimes the same issue with reading mode button
