Description of the issue:
Brave Sync option does not appear in iOS/iPadOS versions of the app.
How can this issue be reproduced?
Select the three dots and select “Settings”.
Look at the list of options.
Notice that Brave Sync is nowhere in there.
Expected result: To be able to scan the sync code in my desktop version of Brave to start a sync chain.
