Please provide as much detail as possible so we can most efficiently resolve your problem.

Description of the issue:

Brave Sync option does not appear in iOS/iPadOS versions of the app.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Select the three dots and select “Settings”.
  2. Look at the list of options.
  3. Notice that Brave Sync is nowhere in there.

Expected result: To be able to scan the sync code in my desktop version of Brave to start a sync chain.

Brave Version( check About Brave): iOS devices: Version 1.20 (20.09.11.20)
Mac: 1.16.72

Only the dev/beta version on testflight has it, the appstore version of Brave does not have sync available at this time.

No idea is sync works fully on the Brave testflight app currently.

The new build with sync should be live on AppStore later this week/early next, depending on Apple review times

Haven’t we heard similar promises in the past? This time, I hope it’s for real.

It is in the version that came out today, v1.21.

I don’t see it. I downloaded loaded an update from the Brave site and installed it. Still no sync. Perhaps I downloaded the wrong app.

Are you on 1.21?
Should be in app settings

I just found sync. It is inside Settings. Thanks.
