When will Uphold complete UK Regulatory registration?

Hi all,

My first post in relation to trying to create an account on Uphold via Brave Browser, when I try it states "We are not taking on any new UK customers until we complete our UK regulatory registration.

Anyone know if I can register under another country and then change it back to UK when Uphold complete their registration?
