I had to receive 109 BAT today but I saw this message (see photo). I have disconnected and reconnected my uphold account and the problem seems to be solved. But at this point when will I receive my 109 BAT?
When you reconnect your Uphold account?
There’s a freeze week (1st-7th) where all contribution from previous month (1st-31st) is processed for payout. If you reconnect your Uphold on the freeze week, you’ll not received your BAT this month.
But it should be OK for next payout. Unless you reconnect it again.
