Description of the issue: How to view web pages when in offline mode

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3. When the power goes off, How to view the pages in the tabs that were already open. After restarting Brave, if power is off, how to view the pages that were open when Brave was closed.
