When quitting Brave it takes too long to really quit

Description of the issue:

Steps to Reproduce

  1. When using Brave press simultaneously Command+Q (Deselect Warn Before Quitting on Brave menu)
  2. Check Brave icon dot on the dock.
  3. Check how long the dot in the Brave dock icon takes to disappear.

Actual Result:

Expected result:
When pressing Command+Q to quit Brave browser it should be faster to quit.

Operating System and Brave Version:
OS: macOS
Version 1.29.79 Chromium: 93.0.4577.63 (Official Build) (x86_64)
