When opening Brave there is a delay on 20 seconds

After the last windows 10 update the Brave browser on startup delays for 20 seconds to get to the home page. Tried everything, nothing works. Never had a problem before. Tried 4 other browsers with no problem. Do not want to switch browsers.

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Just start Brave and wait.

Fixed. Deleted everything from Brave Browser and re-installed. No more delay.
