When navigation from Dashboard, bookmarks bar is hidind, and white stripe is showed

If you navigate from Dashboard to any page, Dashboard slightly rises up for a second, because bookmarks bar is hiding, and because of that white space at the very bottom is showed. It doesn’t look good.

It happens when your bookmarks bar is disabled in settings (but it’s still visible on the Dashboard). When it’s disabled, bug is not reproducing.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

  1. Open Brave browser
  2. Brave Dashboard opens
  3. Type any URL in address bar and click enter
  4. Bookmark bar hides
  5. Dashboard goes up
  6. White stripe at the bottom of the page is showed

Expected result:
Dashboard stays at its place, bookmarks doesn’t hide, white stripe at the bottom is not shown.
