If you are added wallet like metamask, trust wallet which user get their payments through usdt because bat withdrawal fees is high

USDT fees are also high. The fees depend on the network, in this case Ethereum network.
It would not work anyway. Brave does not own USDT, they own BAT. To have USDT they would have to buy it. While BAT is their own token, created by them.
