Description of the issue:
When I update Brave the “controlled access” feature is triggered
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Windows 10
- Enable “Controlled Access” feature in security
- Update Brave
Expected result:
No alerts
Brave Version( check About Brave):
Any version, but happened with the previous two and more before 0.70.121
Additional Information:
Windows 10 Pro build 1903
The update does appear to succeed though, so not sure what the update process does to cause this. Trying to “approve” it doesn’t work because the alert happens the next update and I can only think it;s because the installed/updater executable is different each time.
