Description of the issue:
When I try to tip the popup says thanks for tipping but my balnace doesn’t change so the tip doesn’t look like its going through.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
Click the brave icon in the address bar - try to tip 20 BAT - brave says thanks for tipping - my balance remains unchanged even though the thank you message came up.
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
No tip has been made to the site.
Expected result:
Tip goes to the site and my balance reflects the change in BAT -20 in this case

Additional Information:
Which site (if you’re comfortable sharing) are you tipping? If it is not a verified site, the tip will not be sent. As an example, I just tipped massassi.net (unverified at the time of this writing), and observed what you’re seeing: no balance change.
I’ve tried to use it on twitch and youtube. I’ve tipped on these sites before without an issue.
