When I click the Uphold button in Creators Brave webpage, the same amount there does not appear in uphold card.

First, payout is happens once a month around 8th US time zone.

All BAT in your creators.brave.com that you received this month will be sent to your BAT card in Uphold.

Twitter BAT card in Uphold is only used for direct contribution – when the tipper use a verified wallet to sent tip.
