When does the message "Claim your ad earnings now"button come?

I have windows 10 pc.
All my brave rewards of august have disappeared.
The date changed from September 8 to October 8.
Now I have only 0.52.
Now I’m waiting for the “Claim your ad earnings now!” button.

Question:
If I run brave for the whole day, will this message “Claim your ad earnings now!” come or does it ONLY come when I start brave?
