Description of the issue:
When I detach a tab, the ensuing new window is a percentage smaller than the parent. This cascades further when I detach a tab from the smaller window that I detached previously, so each time I detach, it gets smaller than its parent.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Have multiple tabs open in a single window
- Detach one of the tabs
- Observe the smaller window size
Expected result:
Window size remains the same as the parent that the tab came from.
Brave Version( check About Brave
):
v1.79.123
Additional Information:
This only happens (and has only every happened) on a single PC, running Win 11. Right after installing Brave, I synched it with one running on a Win 10 machine that did not have this issue. The Win 10 Brave continued working normally, while this one continues resizing the detached tab windows.
I have three other Win 11 PCs with Brave running, each of them synched with each other (and my Android phone’s Brave), and none of them have this issue.
