What to do? I have not seen ads for half a year

Briefly describe your issue:
I havent seen ads for almost all of 2022. Now I finally get to see the login to gemini, but it tells me my account is flagged. And it says it will resolve itself, but its been about half a year already. What do I do?

I verified my wallet on december (dont remember the date exactly, but was a day or two before new years eve.

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Only got the first payment, and that was it.

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
no

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Im in California, USA

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
Not sure, I use a laptop
Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
I use Gemini, not uphold.

If you do not locate your Wallet Payment ID, then you might use the general support ticket form:

and make clear, at first, that you could not locate your Wallet Payment ID.
